Maharajganj. Basti police reached Nautanwa to confiscate the property of former minister Amarmani Tripathi. Let us tell you that the special MPMLA court of Basti has declared Amarmani absconding. Allahabad High Court also did not stay the order of MP MLA Court of Basti. The court has ordered immediate attachment of Amar Mani’s properties from the DGP and Principal Secretary Home.

Basti police has reached Nautanwa police station on Indo-Nepal border. Police have sealed the residence of Amarmani Tripathi. Let us tell you that Amarmani Tripathi is an accused in the 2001 kidnapping case of Rahul Madheshiya, son of a businessman from Basti district. He is also absconding in this case.

On December 6, 2001, Rahul, son of businessman Dharamraj Madheshiya, was kidnapped in Basti. Basti police had recovered Rahul from the Lucknow house of then minister Amarmani Tripathi. After this he was made an accused in the kidnapping case.
