Vikram Mishra, Lucknow. Babita Chauhan, Chairperson of Uttar Pradesh State Women Commission has assumed charge. Her priority is women welfare and upliftment along with rehabilitation programmes. Babita Chauhan thanked Prime Minister Modi for the Women Reservation Bill and said that this is a big step of the Modi government for women.
Babita Chauhan took charge as the chairperson of the UP State Women’s Commission. While talking to Lalluram.com, she thanked CM Yogi Adityanath. She said that she and her entire team will work together on women empowerment. She further said that the Modi government in the country and the Yogi government in the state are ready to give full power to half the population. I know that there are many areas where women are doing much better work than men and women are going to benefit a lot from this reservation.
