Crime News. A heartbreaking case has come to light from Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Muskan (23) was burnt alive by her husband by pouring kerosene on her at 8 pm on Thursday night in Bapu Nagar of Hariparvat police station area. Police have registered a case of dowry death on the basis of the complaint of the family and arrested the accused husband.
According to the information, Muskan, a resident of Bapu Nagar Khandari, was friends with Aman. Her family came to know about it a year ago. On the insistence of both, the family got them married seven months ago. Aman stayed at his home with Muskan for five months after the marriage. Two months ago, he started living in a rented house with his wife.

On Thursday night at 8 o’clock, Aman informed Muskan’s brother about the incident. The brother found his sister’s body burnt on the spot. A can of kerosene was lying in the room. The police have registered a case of dowry murder on the complaint of the deceased’s mother and arrested Aman.
The accused said that Muskan used to talk to a boy from Aligarh on phone. He had also sent money online to his wife. When he protested, his wife started pressuring him to stay in Aligarh only. He got angry at this. He poured kerosene on his wife and burnt her to death.
