It is clearly stated in the issued notice that the hotel is being built on the land of the pond. Hence, the illegal occupation should be removed by Wednesday. Otherwise, the administration will take action for demolition. Now the question arises that the Supreme Court has banned the bulldozer, but the administration is flouting the SC order.

It is noteworthy that on the night of August 11, the police arrested former block pramukh and Samajwadi Party leader Nawab Singh Yadav from his degree college on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. The victim had come to Nawab Singh with her aunt. Police investigation revealed that her aunt was also involved in raping the girl. On the night of August 22, the police also arrested the aunt.

4 lakhs were given to change the statement in the court
The aunt had told the police that Nawab Singh’s younger brother, former block chief Neelu had given her four lakh rupees to avoid medical examination and change her statement in the court. Due to this, the police have also made Neelu an accused in this case. On the instructions of the government, revenue teams are investigating the properties in the name of Nawab Singh, Neelu and his close ones. In which it was found that Sai Hotel is being run in the name of Nawab Singh Yadav’s mother.
