Let us tell you that before becoming the Governor of UP, Anandiben Patel has been the Governor of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. She entered politics in the year 1987. Along with this, Anandiben Patel has held important positions in BJP like State Mahila Morcha President, State Unit Vice President, Member of National Executive Council.
Let us tell you that there has not been any governor in UP till now who has got the responsibility of the post again. If Anandiben Patel is made the new governor of Uttar Pradesh, then she will be the first governor to do so. Since 2 May 1949, there have been a total of 24 governors in the state.
