Everything is being monitored! Chief Secretary’s clear instructions to DMs, Divisional Commissioners and Police Captains in the meeting

Vikram Mishra, Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Manoj Singh held a video conference with District Magistrates/Divisional Commissioners and Police Captains posted across the state. During this, he also reviewed the schemes being run by the state government. He asked the officials to be serious about Mission Shakti and crimes against women.

In his address, Chief Secretary Manoj Singh said that IGRS is being continuously monitored from the state level. People’s problems are now being resolved through the IGRS portal. Due to which people’s trust in it is increasing. In the first week of September, the figure of problem resolution on IGRS has been around 65 percent. He said that there is a need to work more seriously on the complaints received through the Jansunwai portal and various mediums.

Manoj Singh, Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, directed that in cases where on-site inspection is necessary, on-site inspection must be done. The District Magistrate should select two or three such complaints in a week which are more critical or needy and try to solve them till the end.
