Encounter of killer of Tata business head, SI also shot in the encounter

Ghaziabad. Police have encountered the killer of the National Business Head of Tata Steel in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The criminal died in an encounter with the police who arrived to investigate the case on Friday morning.

According to the information, the criminal Akki alias Daksh was a resident of Seelampur, Delhi. Akki, in an intoxicated state, had stabbed business head Vinay Tyagi to death after robbing him while he was returning home on the night of 3 May. He was absconding after the incident.

According to the information received from the police, the police was checking in Arthala area of ​​Sahibabad at 5 am on Friday. During this time, two suspects were seen coming from Delhi on a bike. Even after being stopped by the police, they did not stop and started running away while firing at the police. After which the police started the siege by flashing messages on the wireless. Meanwhile, in the encounter between the miscreants and the police, Akki was shot in the chest and Sub Inspector Mangal Singh was shot in the hand. Both were admitted to the hospital. The criminal Akki died during treatment. The sub inspector is still undergoing treatment.

After the incident, Ghaziabad Police has recovered a pistol from Akki, a bike stolen from Delhi and a mobile phone stolen from Vinay Tyagi.
