District administration’s order on Saryu Aarti, ban on Aarti of Panda priest community

What is the matter behind the ban on Aarti?

Three types of Aarti are organized every day on the banks of Saryu in Ramnagari Ayodhya. One of these Aarti is conducted by the Panda priest community. The district administration has now banned this Aarti of the Panda community, due to which discontent has spread in the Panda priest community.

Opposition and allegations from Panda community

The people of the Panda community have protested against this decision of the administration and have accused the officers. The people of the Panda community say that they will not accept this ban and have warned of sitting on a hunger strike against the administration.

In a statement issued by the district administration, it has been said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the rules and regulations in organizing the Aarti on the banks of Saryu. The administration says that this step has been taken to maintain peace and order on the banks of Saryu.

The Panda priest community has made it clear that if the administration does not withdraw its decision, they will be forced to sit on a hunger strike. Due to this controversy, the atmosphere in Ayodhya has become heated.
