Crime News. In Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, a constable kept raping a girl continuously for 6 years on the pretext of marriage. When the girl pressed for marriage, the constable flatly refused. The entire matter is of Bairiya police station area. Police have registered an FIR against a constable posted in Varanasi.
The girl alleged that Deepak Shah raped her several times since 2018 on the pretext of marriage, but now he is refusing to marry her. Deepak is a resident of Revati town of Revati police station area. On the complaint of the girl, a case has been registered against Deepak under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and investigation has been started. Deepak is working as a constable in Varanasi.
