Lucknow. The Babu of Gonda CMO office has been suspended following the strictness of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak. The order has been issued on Wednesday.
The anti-corruption team in Gonda CMO office had arrested senior clerk Dharmesh Kumar Rai while taking bribe. Anti-corruption team caught him taking bribe of Rs 5,000 to get medical reimbursement. After that the accused Dharmesh was arrested. It is alleged that senior assistant Dharmesh Rai, resident of Azamgarh, was harassing the victim due to non-payment of bribe. After the complaint, the police and anti-corruption team have taken action.

Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak took cognizance of the matter and directed to suspend the guilty senior clerk with immediate effect. Deputy CM said that any health worker who tarnishes the image of the department and the government will not be spared. He said that officers and employees should work with honesty and devotion. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this.
