Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a high-level meeting on Thursday regarding the expressway action plan. In which CM Yogi gave guidelines to the officials regarding the new expressway projects under construction in the state. During this, CM Yogi said that it is necessary to expand the expressway coverage for better connectivity.

During the review meeting, CM Yogi sought proposals for four link expressways and instructed to study them and prepare a better action plan. It is very important to expand the expressway coverage for better connectivity. Purvanchal Expressway will be connected to Agra-Lucknow Expressway. Its link will be till Farrukhabad and Jewar airport.

Due to which expressways have given a new identity to Uttar Pradesh.

Regarding the Ganga Expressway, CM Yogi said that the target should be to make the Ganga Expressway connecting Meerut to Prayagraj available to the general public by December in any case.
