Kasganj. The Supreme Court on Tuesday granted interim bail to Abbas Ansari, lodged in Kasganj jail, to attend the Fatiha ceremony of his father late Mukhtar Ansari.
A bench headed by Justice Surya Kant said that Uttar Pradesh Police will bring Abbas Ansari from Kasganj jail to his native place Ghazipur under adequate security.
Let us tell you that due to being in judicial custody, Abbas Ansari could not attend the funeral of his father. Justice KV Vishwanathan was also included in the bench.
