Premnagar police says that Surbhi was once married to Harpal Deval in Premnagar, Bareilly. Surbhi’s mom Soni alleges that in a while after the wedding, the son-in-law and in-laws began harassing the daughter for dowry. The harassment larger such a lot that the daughter had come house.
