In a bold move to bridge the gap between government initiatives and the youth of Uttar Pradesh, UP Industrial Consultants Limited (UPCon) has launched a groundbreaking digital awareness campaign. Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityya Nath, this initiative targets key employment and welfare schemes, ensuring they reach every corner of the state.

The campaign spotlights flagship programs like the Vishwakarma Labour Honour Scheme, One District One Product (ODOP) training, Chief Minister Youth Entrepreneur Development Mission (CM Yuva), and ODOP Margin Money Scheme. UPCon, a state-run body dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and self-employment, is leveraging digital platforms to empower young aspirants with the tools and knowledge to launch their ventures.

UPCon Managing Director Praveen Singh emphasized the campaign’s focus on the digital age. ‘By harnessing social media, we’re delivering scheme details directly to youth, artisans, and budding entrepreneurs,’ he said. Beyond promotion, the drive educates eligible beneficiaries on their rights, opportunities, and application processes.

Collaborating with social media influencers across districts, the campaign has already succeeded in 15 districts. Engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, and YouTube videos simplify training procedures, share beneficiary success stories, and highlight practical benefits. This multi-platform approach has amplified reach, connecting with over 1.1 million followers so far.

The impact is tangible: increased awareness has spurred more applications and participation. Youth are discovering self-employment avenues, artisans accessing modern training and funding, and entrepreneurs tapping into subsidies. This aligns perfectly with CM Yogi’s vision of a self-reliant Uttar Pradesh, where traditional crafts gain global recognition.

As the campaign expands to remaining districts, UPCon remains committed to its swift rollout. By dispelling myths and fostering direct government-citizen dialogue, it’s proving instrumental in making UP skilled, employed, and self-sufficient. This digital push is not just awareness—it’s a catalyst for economic transformation.
