BAHRAICH (UP): A 30-year-old Dalit guy used to be allegedly tied to an electrical pole, thrashed, tonsured, and his face blackened via 3 males at the suspicion of stealing a rest room seat in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh, police stated on Sunday.

All of the accused, together with an area BJP chief, had been arrested, they stated.
