Hyderabad, February 20: Central ministers unleashed a fierce critique against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi following a bizarre protest at the India AI Impact Summit in Delhi. Youth Congress activists, allegedly shirtless, disrupted the event, drawing sharp condemnation from the ruling BJP leadership.
Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy accused Gandhi of cheap politics that misleads India’s youth and entrepreneurs. The demonstration targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a proposed India-US trade deal, which Congress claims compromises national sovereignty.
In a scathing post on X, Reddy stated that under Gandhi’s directions, Congress workers acted like ‘goons and thugs,’ ruining the summit. ‘While India celebrates concrete outcomes from the AI Summit, it’s crucial to expose Rahul Gandhi’s cheap politics, disgusting antics, and shameful behavior. This is a grave insult to our youth’s enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit,’ he wrote.
Reddy further lambasted Gandhi for never prioritizing India’s interests, always using platforms to undermine the nation’s progress. ‘Indians now realize Rahul Gandhi has compromised entirely and works against India’s advancement,’ he added.
Home State Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar joined the chorus, calling Congress ‘mad’ for its double standards. He highlighted the irony: while Telangana Congress CM A Revanth Reddy praised Modi for assembling global minds at the same venue, Youth Congress staged a ‘cheap drama.’
‘One party, two faces, zero dignity. This isn’t opposition; it’s national dishonor,’ Sanjay posted on X. As India’s tricolor waves high globally, such gatecrashing antics expose a political mental disorder, he asserted. Nation first, always.
