A devastating incident in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, involved the alleged gang rape of a 21-year-old deaf and mute woman. The incident occurred on Monday, leading to the arrest of two suspects following a confrontation with law enforcement. The victim had visited her maternal uncle’s home and was returning home when the assault happened. She was reportedly forced onto a motorcycle by a man and taken to an isolated location. CCTV footage reportedly captured the woman being pursued by a group of bikers. When the victim did not return home, her family began a search, eventually finding her unconscious in the bushes. Upon regaining awareness, she disclosed the details of the attack. The police subsequently arrested Ankur Pandey and Harshit Pandey after a brief gunfight.
