The Indian Army’s Western Command chief has issued a grave warning to Pakistan, asserting that future retaliatory actions will be considerably harsher than previous engagements. Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar stated that if Pakistan repeats any aggressive acts, the ensuing response will be ‘much more severe’ than the impactful ‘Operation Sindoor.’ This operation, launched in May following a significant terror incident, successfully targeted and dismantled terrorist infrastructure and personnel across the border. General Katiyar highlighted that ‘Exercise Ram Prahar,’ a large-scale military drill recently conducted, serves as crucial preparation for such a robust and escalated response. The exercise itself was a testament to India’s evolving military strategy, integrating land, air, and cyber warfare capabilities. This demonstration of force involved complex operations in challenging environments, showcasing the synergy between armored units, artillery, and modern air power.
