Regarding the development of Bihar, Prasad underscored the importance of Bihar becoming a developed state. He said that the development was limited because of the family politics until 2005. When asked about RJD, Prasad said that RJD is the family of Lalu Prasad Yadav. He added that he will not say much about the internal dynamics. He spoke about the Nal-Jal scam as well, stating that the accusations were baseless.
