Mumbai, February 14: On the seventh anniversary of the Pulwama terror attack, Shiv Sena spokesperson Shaina NC paid heartfelt tribute to the martyrs, emphasizing the urgent need for a stronger, self-reliant, and secure India. Speaking exclusively, she highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership in assuring the nation of a resolute stand against such barbaric acts.

National security must remain the top priority, NC asserted. ‘Terrorism has no religion or color,’ she said, adding a stern warning: those providing shelter to terrorists will face a crushing response. Her words resonate deeply as India commemorates the 40 CRPF personnel who lost their lives in the 2019 suicide bombing.

Turning to the Malegaon controversy, where a deputy mayor displayed a portrait of Tipu Sultan in his office, NC criticized the move sharply. Public officials must honor constitutional duties and celebrate true national heroes like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mahatma Gandhi, and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, she urged.

On the controversy surrounding Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri’s past meetings with Jeffrey Epstein, NC defended him robustly. The interactions, limited to three or four times, were in the context of an independent multilateral commission, predating his cabinet induction in 2017. These exchanges even opened doors for India’s internet economy through email communications, she noted.

Dismissing Rahul Gandhi’s criticism of the India-US agreement, NC pointed out his lack of understanding, attributing it to not reading the details. She praised government decisions benefiting farmers and ‘Make in India,’ unlocking opportunities in data, analytics, economy, high investments, and AI. Farmers now enjoy unprecedented export prospects, with India charting its sovereign export policy.
