Religious heads from the Tapasvi Chhawani and Hanumangarhi have publicly appealed to former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav to visit the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Jagatguru Paramhansa Acharya, the head of Tapasvi Chhawani, said the former SP chief’s arrival at the birthplace of Lord Rama is welcome and hopes he will receive the deity’s blessings. He also referenced a recent controversy over alleged financial irregularities at the temple, noting that Yadav had claimed the information came directly from Lord Rama. The Acharya urged Yadav to at least touch the deity’s feet, warning that failure to do so could be interpreted as an attempt to tarnish Sanatana Dharma.
