Repair democratic rights of other people of J-Ok: NC on Charter Day

SRINAGAR: The Nationwide Convention on Saturday requested the federal government to revive the democratic rights of the folks of Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking at the Charter Day, NC MPs Mohammad Akbar Lone and Hasnain Masoodi stated other people of Jammu and Kashmir are being “denied” their rights enshrined within the Charter of India.

The BJP-led central executive has disrespected the Charter whilst coping with Jammu and Kashmir, they alleged.

“Had the prevailing ruling dispensation been so thoughtful of supremacy of the Charter, it do not have stored the erstwhile ancient state underneath the spell of lengthy undemocratic rule of outsourced forms,””they stated in a remark.
