The sacred Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath will commence on June 27, 2025, in Puri. The festival, a key event in the Hindu calendar, involves the procession of the deities on grand chariots. The chariots are drawn by devotees and represent ‘Sandhini Sakti’. The deities travel to the Shree Gundicha Temple, where they reside for seven days, following rituals similar to those at Shreemandira. The timing for the Rath Yatra, as per Drik Panchang, begins with Dwitiya Tithi starting on June 26 at 1:24 PM and ending on June 27 at 11:19 AM.
