Rajya Sabha court cases adjourned until March 13

NEW DELHI: Rajya Sabha court cases have been adjourned until March 13 on Monday as Opposition events disrupted the Area, difficult revocation of the suspension of Congress MP Rajani Patil and putting in of a JPC to probe allegations towards the Adani Staff.

The Area, which was once in short adjourned within the morning, will now meet at 11 am on March 13 after recess.

Quickly after the indexed papers have been laid at the desk of the Area, Opposition MPs insisted that the Chair permit the Chief of Opposition and Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge to talk.

When Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar authorized Kharge to talk, a number of individuals from the treasury benches began elevating slogans.

Alternatively, Kharge’s remarks have been expunged through the chair. Opposition MPs too saved elevating slogans.  A number of of them trooped into the Smartly of the Area.

Patil was once suspended from the Area for the rest of the Finances consultation for circulating an unauthorised video of area court cases.
