NEW DELHI: With the JD(U) it sounds as if prepared at the projection of Nitish Kumar because the Opposition’s face within the 2024 parliamentary election, Bihar Congress president Madan Mohan Jha on Wednesday mentioned Rahul Gandhi or whoever he choices would be the birthday party’s high ministerial candidate.
Jha’s statement got here days after JD(U) leader Kumar snapped ties with the BJP and joined arms with the RJD and the Congress to shape the federal government in Bihar.
Requested if Kumar can be applicable to the Congress because the Opposition’s face, he instructed journalists, “Neither Nitish Kumar ji has mentioned that he’s the high ministerial candidate, nor have we mentioned that he’s going to be our PM candidate.”
“Our candidate is our chief Rahul Gandhi ji or whosoever he nominates for the submit our whole birthday party will stand at the back of that individual,” he mentioned.
