Addressing the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has vowed that the opposition will actively work to prevent any form of vote theft. He reiterated his concerns regarding potential irregularities in the voting process.

In a Monday statement on X, Gandhi stated, “We pledge – not a single vote will be stolen in Bihar. We will protect democracy and the Constitution with all our might.”

The Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha also expressed his appreciation for the efforts of key opposition figures from different parties, who are part of the INDIA bloc, for their contribution to the ‘Voter Adhikaar Yatra’.

Gandhi said, “Heartfelt thanks to Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Dipankar Bhattacharya, Mukesh Sahni, Bihar Congress leadership, the Congress’s Babbar Sher, INDIA workers, and the youth of the state for making the Bihar Voter Adhikaar Yatra historic.”

In an interview with ANI, Gandhi mentioned the widespread impact of the slogan “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhodd,” even noting its global recognition, “It has now reached China.”
