    Following the floods in Punjab, the government is conducting a relief operation, with a focus on preventing the spread of diseases. Doctors from AIIMS, New Delhi, are visiting affected areas like Ajnala, Sidhe Wala Ramdas, Gurdaspur, and Firozpur, providing health checkups and medical assistance. The medical team has examined over 3,000 people, identifying common issues like fever and upper respiratory infections. Treatment is being provided for acute gastroenteritis and dehydration, particularly in children.
