KANPUR: Congress chief Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday hit out at Top Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Leader Minister Yogi Adityanath for sharing degree with Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni, whose son is a key accused within the Lakhimpur Kheri violence.
