President Kovind to confer Padma awards

NEW DELHI: President Ram Nath Kovind will confer Padma awards, together with to Common Bipin Rawat (posthumous) and Congress chief Ghulam Nabi Azad, at a civil investiture rite at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday.
