Opposition Members of Parliament converged in Delhi to protest what they allege is widespread vote rigging. A march to the Election Commission involved approximately 300 MPs, who were initially stopped and subsequently detained before being released. The demonstration focused on concerns related to the electoral process. The protest concluded with a dinner at the residence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, where leaders from the INDIA alliance gathered. Rahul Gandhi emphasized the importance of ‘one person, one vote,’ advocating for a fair and accurate voter list. The protest included slogans against the government, with several MPs, including Sanjay Singh and Sharad Pawar, participating.
