GWALIOR: Madhya Pradesh Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar on Sunday began dressed in footwear at the assurance of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, 66 days after he gave them up looking for of completion of street works in his Gwalior constituency.
