During a TV9 Digital political discussion, Bima Bharti expressed concerns about Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s declining memory. She shared that Kumar could not recognize people, even forgetting them within a short time. Bharti said that she would not be fielding her daughter in this election. Discussing Kumar’s future, she suggested that there will be a change. She also questioned why Kumar no longer discusses the issues of special state status, unemployment, and poverty. Bharti had been with the Janata Dal United before joining the RJD. On Prashant Kishore’s comments about Kumar’s memory, Bharti confirmed that Kumar does have memory problems, recalling an incident where he did not recognize a minister from his own party. She believes the public will prefer Tejashwi Yadav. Bharti also stated she is preparing to contest the Rupauli seat in the upcoming elections and predicts a strong contest in Dhamdaha.
