During a discussion about the INDIA alliance meeting on July 19, Congress MP Pramod Tiwari outlined the key issues that the alliance plans to address during the upcoming Monsoon Session of Parliament. The primary focus will be on the Pahalgam terror attack, Operation Sindoor, and the remarks made by former US President Donald Trump. Tiwari underscored the alliance’s commitment to addressing issues that affect the nation’s interests, democracy, and economy. Concerns were raised about Trump’s claims regarding the downing of fighter jets. Additionally, the alliance plans to address the issue of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar, India’s foreign policy issues, and the oppression faced by marginalized communities. The Monsoon Session is set to run from July 21 to August 21, during which the government intends to push forward its legislative agenda, including several new bills.
