Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the 128th installment of his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio program on November 30, articulated a narrative of national progress, highlighting a November brimming with inspirational developments. The address painted a picture of a resurgent India, making strides in diverse fields.

Reflecting on the month, PM Modi stated that November brought ‘a lot of aspirations.’ He pointed to the nationwide events commemorating the 150th anniversary of ‘Vande Mataram’ on November 7 as a significant cultural milestone. Furthermore, the Prime Minister emphasized India’s growing innovation in the aerospace domain with the inauguration of Skyroot’s Infinity Campus.

The program also underscored important dates in the nation’s calendar. Constitution Day, observed on November 26 with a special event in Parliament, was a key focus, reinforcing the principles of the Indian Constitution. The hoisting of the religious flag at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the inauguration of the Panchjanya Memorial in Kurukshetra on November 25 were also mentioned as spiritually significant occurrences.

In the realm of defense and maritime security, the induction of INS Mahe into the Indian Navy was celebrated as a major step forward. Modi linked these advancements, including those in aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul, to the ‘new ideas, innovation, and youth power’ of India.

The Prime Minister excitedly shared the news that India will host the 2030 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad, marking a significant moment for Indian sports. He also lauded the agricultural sector’s record-breaking achievement of producing 357 million tonnes of foodgrains, a substantial leap that reflects increased productivity and national food security. The address concluded with a brief mention of past commendations for the armed forces and successes in security operations.
