Maharashtra: 4 employees injured in blaze at chemical unit in Badlapur MIDC

THANE: 4 employees have been injured in a hearth that broke out at a chemical manufacturing unit in Maharashtra’s Thane district on Sunday afternoon, an legitimate stated.

The blaze used to be reported from Badlapur MIDC at 12:50 pm and 4 hearth engines from Kulgaon Municipal Council and Anand Nagar MIDC have been deployed for dousing operations, he stated.

“Whilst one employee within the chemical manufacturing unit gained 15-30 according to cent burns and has been hospitalised, 3 others sustained minor accidents once they jumped from a top to flee the blaze. It used to be put out after 3 hours. At this time, cooling operations are underway on the web page,” he stated.

The reason for the fireplace is being probed, he added.
