Naiduniya Representative, Bhopal: Due to the effect of two weather systems formed over Arabian Sea and Rajasthan, moisture is coming in the state along with winds. Because of this, there are partial clouds in the state. Along with this, light rain is also occurring at some places. According to meteorologists, there may be isolated rainfall in the districts of Narmadapuram, Jabalpur and Indore divisions on Saturday also.

On the other hand, due to presence of clouds, there is less possibility of drop in night temperature also. On Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, there was eight mm rainfall in Malajkhand, two in Khandwa and 0.7 mm in Dhar. Along with this, the highest temperature of 37 degrees Celsius was recorded in Guna in the state. Night temperatures were recorded below 20 degrees Celsius in six cities.

Per cyclone over Madhya Pradesh

Ajay Shukla, former senior meteorologist of the Meteorological Center, said that a cyclone is forming in the upper part of the air in the Arabian Sea. It is likely to turn into a low pressure area by Saturday. There is a trough from the Arabian Sea to the Bay of Bengal. The cyclone still persists over Rajasthan and adjoining Madhya Pradesh.

Due to this, due to the combination of winds of opposite nature, there are partial clouds in most of the cities of the state. Along with this, intermittent rains are continuing in the districts of Narmadapuram, Jabalpur and Indore divisions. Due to presence of clouds, there is little hope of drop in night temperature.

Crops damaged due to heavy rains, maize kept in the market got wet

The possibility of heavy damage to crops has increased due to heavy rains on the first day of Kartik month in Seoni. The faces of farmers have faded due to unseasonal rains. Farmers, troubled by the continuous rains, say that along with the harvesting of maize, the work of harvesting other crops is going on. Due to the change in weather and heavy rains every day, harvesting work is being affected due to crop getting wet and also due to moisture and swamp in the fields.

Woman working in fields of Kanhiwada died due to fall of grass

Savitri, a woman farmer who was plucking maize in the field in Umaria village under Kanhiwada police station, died on the spot after her hoe fell. After the incident that took place around 2.30 pm on Friday afternoon, the Kanhiwada police conducted post mortem of the dead woman’s body and handed it over to her relatives.
