Naiduniya Rewa (Rewa News). Police have so far arrested three accused in the case of dumping gravel on women in Hinauta village of Rewa in Madhya Pradesh. The search for the two absconding accused is on. Even after all this, the accused are not afraid, they are still threatening to kill the women.

After the Congress leaders’ post on X and the CM’s instructions, the police swung into action and registered a case under Section 110 of the Indian Penal Code. Now the sections of attempt to murder and abuse have been increased. On the basis of the women’s statement, dumper owner Rajesh Singh, dumper driver Pradeep Kol and Akash Pandey have also been made accused.

Three people have been arrested so far

Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh said that three people have been arrested, including Rajesh Singh, the vehicle owner, Pradeep Coal Hiva driver and Vipin Pandey of the opposing party. Separate police teams have been deployed to search for two other people, Gokarna Pandey and Akash Pandey.

Family feud between both parties

There is a dispute over family land between both the parties. Both their houses are nearby. Gokarna Prasad Pandey and Mahendra Prasad Pandey were trying to make a road. Jivesh Kumar Pandey and Shivesh Kumar Pandey were stopping them. During this time a dispute took place. Let us tell you that the entire dispute is about ancestral land.

Land dispute pending in court

Collector Rewa Pratibha Pal said that Gokarna Pandey and Jivesh Pandey belong to the same family. A case regarding land between the two families is going on in the court since 2002. Currently, the case is pending in the High Court. Even now, the land of both the families is registered in a joint account. I went to the spot to talk to the women. The condition of both is normal.

what was the sequence of events

Let us tell you that on Saturday afternoon, a dispute broke out between two families in Hinuta Kothar over building a road on ancestral land. In the said dispute, Gokarna Prasad Pandey and Mahendra Pandey were trying to build a road. While Jeevesh and Shivesh Kumar Pandey were stopping them.

Suddenly, at around 4 pm, on the orders of Kokan Pandey, a dumper of Rajesh Singh, resident of Madhi, reached the spot with gravel. While unloading the gravel, the dumper threw gravel on Mamta Pandey, wife of Jeevesh and Asha Pandey, wife of Shivesh. Due to which both the women got buried under the gravel.

Jivesh Kumar Pandey and Shivesh Kumar Pandey said that a road was being built by forcefully dumping gravel on our ancestral land. We refused Rajesh Singh of Madhi village to dump gravel. On this, Gokarna Prasad Pandey and Mahendra Prasad Pandey beat up our wives. They threw gravel on them and tried to kill them.

Mamta Pandey and Asha Pandey were admitted to Gangev Primary Sub Health Center. On Monday, both the women were brought to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital for health checkup. It is being said that this is their accident.

Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said- the accused will not be spared

While talking to Naiduniya, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that the accused will not be spared at any cost in this case. He has taken information about the entire incident from the police department. A case has been registered and three people have been arrested.

When there is a Bharatiya Janata Party government, this crime against women will not be tolerated. And strict action will be taken against the criminals who committed this crime and this action will prove to be an example in the future.
