His owner had not paid his salary for two months. When he asked for his salary, he called him on some pretext and attacked him lethally. Then he was taken to the hospital in a dying condition. From here, his relatives were told that he was injured in a road accident. The young man’s condition remains serious, he is unconscious.

35-year-old Rahul Kushwaha, who lives in Barah Bigha Colony in Sikandar Camp, is a driver by profession. He drives Satyam Bhadoria’s car. Satyam’s car is on rent at Bijli Ghar. Rahul has not been paid his salary for two months. Due to this, Rahul stopped going to work. Yesterday, when Satyam asked him to come, he refused. On this, Satyam called him on the pretext of giving him salary.

Rahul reached there. Satyam and his friend Bittu Tomar brutally beat him up here. Then they admitted him to the hospital and fled. They called up his relatives and told them that he was injured in a road accident. When the relatives reached there, they saw that Rahul had marks of beating all over his body. The police have registered an FIR in this case. The relatives say that the accused have connections with influential people. That is why strict action is not being taken right now, while their son’s condition remains critical.

The minor reached Mathura, came back after a petition was filed

A habeas corpus petition filed by a person from Bhind district was heard in the Gwalior bench of the High Court. During this, Additional Advocate General Dipendra Kushwaha presented the minor girl living in a temple in Mathura in the court. When the High Court asked her why she was living in the temple in Mathura, she told that she had befriended a boy who had given her a mobile phone to talk.
