Congress has lodged a complaint against the Union Minister, Uttar Pradesh Minister and Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA in various police stations including TT Nagar, Kolar, Sant Hirdaram Nagar of the capital. Actually, these three leaders have made derogatory comments on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his relatives.
Congress state president Jeetu Patwari has demanded that an FIR be registered against all three. On this, the ACP assured to investigate and take action within 14 days. Jeetu Patwari has said that if no action is taken, he will stage a dharna in front of the police station. Let us tell you that Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu, UP minister Raghuraj Singh and Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) MLA Sanjay Gaikwad have made derogatory comments against Rahul Gandhi, including calling him a terrorist.
Ministers are giving baseless statements at the behest of the center
State President Jeetu Patwari released a video and said that BJP leaders are making derogatory comments against Rahul Gandhi. Now they have not even spared his parents and grandmother. They have made indecent comments on them too. All these leaders and ministers are doing all this at the behest of the Centre. He said that Rahul Gandhi walked four thousand kilometres and talked about the unity and integrity of the country. BJP does not like it when he raised the issues of the poor and the common people of the country. Crores of rupees were spent on propaganda against him, yet the public has chosen him as their representative. His father and grandmother sacrificed their lives for the country. Speaking such language about a family that is ready to die for the country is intolerable. I request that a case be filed against all three.

Police accused
Congress state president Patwari also accused the police of working under government pressure. He said that the BJP government’s dictatorship is at such a peak that the TI is playing the role of BJP’s Mandal president and the police station is playing the role of BJP’s office. We sat in the police station for two hours with video evidence to register the case, but the FIR was not registered.
During this time, many leaders and Congress workers including former minister Dr. Vijayalakshmi Sadho, PC Sharma, Mukesh Nayak and advocates JP Dhanopia, KK Mishra were present along with Jitu Patwari.
