The physical examination was to be held in Gwalior between August 2 and 12 at the Divyang Sports Stadium, but suddenly its permission was revoked by the Central Social Justice Department.
Due to this, the physical test could not be conducted. Now the Indian Army officers are looking for another ground in Gwalior itself. The army has given the proposal of Khelgaon to the district administration. If permission is received from the district administration regarding this, then the date of physical test, schedule and other preparations will be started.
The candidates were shocked
The Central Social Justice Department had given permission to conduct the physical proficiency test for Agniveer recruitment in the month of May at the Divyaang Khel Stadium. Accordingly, preparations were started here. Police and administrative officials also made preparations. After ten years, the physical proficiency test was going to be held in Gwalior. Suddenly, everyone from army officials to candidates got a shock.
The permission was cancelled. After this the Indian Army inspected the grounds for two days, but the requirements for the physical test were not being met here. Due to this the physical test was cancelled.
Most of the people are from Gwalior, Bhind and Morena
Even now the army officers are making all efforts to conduct the physical examination in Gwalior itself, because out of 9500 candidates, the maximum number of candidates are from Gwalior, Bhind and Morena. Currently, the army officers have visited Khelgaon and SAF ground.
According to army officials, there is a synthetic track in Khelgaon. Apart from this, there are no other facilities, but there is a synthetic track here. Due to this, the candidates will not face any problem. The rest of the arrangements will be made by the army in collaboration with the administration.
Due to this, physical examination can be conducted in Khelgaon. Permission has been sought from the administrative officials for this. The administration has to give permission to conduct recruitment here. This ground is under the District Sports Officer.
Priority is to conduct the examination in Gwalior
Our priority is to conduct the physical examination in Gwalior itself. Therefore, other grounds have been looked at. The Khelagaon ground is the only one where the examination can be held.
