Mohit Balani of Katni got 85th rank in Forbes. Balani, included among 100 social media influencers across the country, has been reviewing smartphones on YouTube since 2019.
Naiduniya Representative, Katni. Forbes on Tuesday released the list of India’s top 100 digital stars. In which Mohit Balani, a young Shantinagar resident of Katni, has also been given place. Mohit is recognized in the field of smart phone review and has been given 85th rank by Forbes for doing better work in it. Last year also he got 85th rank in the Forbes list.
Found place among 100 social media influencers
100 social media influencers from across the country have been ranked on the basis of their work and influence. Four youths from Madhya Pradesh are included in the list. Mohit joined social media through YouTube in the year 2016 and initially he gathered good followers through dance.
Smart phone review started from 2019
In the year 2019, Mohit started working in the field of smart phone reviews. What are the new features of the new smart phones and gadgets coming in the market, what will be the benefits and what can be the disadvantages. This is being conveyed to the people through video. Apart from smart phones, they also review new technology including laptops, tablets, earphones through videos and post them on social media.
Interest in video making since the beginning
Mohit told that he has been interested in making videos since his school days. Due to which, in the year 2016, he started making videos of himself dancing in front of a mirror in an area of the house and posting them through YouTube. In which his followers increased and due to this he became obsessed with moving forward.
Mohit told that he has been curious to know new technologies since the beginning and due to this, in the year 2019, he chose the field of smart phone review. After getting success in which, he built a modern studio at home and through it, he started releasing reviews of smart phones coming in the market with new technology.
Presently he has hired three youths for making videos, editing them etc. He has 3 lakh 32 thousand followers on YouTube and 1 lakh 40 thousand followers on Instagram.
