Naiduniya Representative, Gwalior: On the last day of filing nominations for the Sanatan Dharma Mandal elections, member Omprakash Jajoria, in compliance with Section 14 of the Mandal’s constitution and Election Section 14 (A), handed over the letter to the Election Officer regarding acceptance of nomination papers of candidates for the post of President and Prime Minister, which caused a stir in Satya Sanatan and Shri Chakradhar Group. Former Prime Minister Vishwanath Mittal’s explanation regarding these sections was also made viral on the internet media.
In this interpretation, the first condition for the post of president and prime minister is that the experience of holding any post three times or two times is mandatory. Due to this interpretation, questions arose on the nomination papers of Vijay Goel from Satya Sanatan Group and Ramesh Chandra Goel Lalla, the prime ministerial candidate from Shri Chakradhar Group, due to which the nomination papers of both could have been cancelled. In a hurry, four candidates filed nominations for the post of president and prime minister in the changed equations. On receiving the information of objection, Vijay Goel reached the temple.

Late at night, Satya Sanatan Group released the second explanation letter of former Prime Minister Vishwanath Mittal to the media. In this, the nomination papers of Vijay Goyal and Ramesh Chandra Goyal Lalla fall in the category of valid.

Mandal member Omprakash Jajoria claimed that he has requested the election officer to consider the provisions of the Mandal constitution before accepting the nomination papers. On the other hand, Election Officer Arvind Dudawat said that no such objection or letter has been received.
