Madhya Pradesh Police: Police does not patrol hot spots, incidents of theft increased in colonies

Naiduniya representative, Indore. There is a lot of negligence in police patrolling in the city. Policemen patrol only at selected places. Due to this, incidents of theft are increasing. This irregularity has been caught by Artificial Intelligence. On this, the DCP has warned all the police station in-charges and has made hot spots in every colony.

Zone-2 DCP Abhinay Vishwakarma has created a tool with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is monitoring night patrolling. All the reports of when and where the policemen went and for how long they stayed are available from this system. The details of which areas were not patrolled can also be obtained with just one click.

More than 40 hotspots have been created in each colony where patrolling is mandatory. These include banks, ATMs, markets, crowded areas, VIP areas. According to the DCP, patrolling is also facing problems due to lack of police force. Policemen are patrolling every other day. We have prepared the ABCD system. This will provide relief to the policemen and will also improve patrolling. The purpose of the AI system is to improve the patrolling system.
