Fear of accident from bridge without railing

Villagers say that due to heavy rains, floods occur and water comes on the bridge. There is a fear of accidents as there are no railings here. A year ago, a bike rider passing by fell from the bridge into the river due to the absence of railings. However, since the incident happened during the day and the bike rider knew how to swim and the villagers were present, he was saved.
