Indore. IND19 vs AUS19: India’s Under-19 cricket team has been announced for the Australia tour. The Indian team will play ODI and four-day matches against the Kangaroo’s Under-19 team in Australia. Indore’s Soham Patwardhan has been made the captain of this team for the four-day series. Mohammad Aman has been made the captain for the ODI series.

Soham is an expert in bowling with both hands

Cricketer Soham Patwardhan is a rare talent who can bat as well as bowl with both hands. Batting left-handed, Soham also bowls right-arm off-spin and left-arm orthodox, which makes him dangerous against the opposition batsmen.

Three generation cricketers

Soham’s father Nikhil Patwardhan is also a former Ranji cricketer. He said that Soham’s grandfather was also a cricketer, so cricket is a part of the third generation of his family. Soham performed brilliantly in many tournaments like Cooch Behar Trophy for which he was rewarded.

Rahul Dravid’s son also included

BCCI announced different squads on Saturday. The names of many Under-19 players included in the team announced for the Australia tour are in the news, including the name of Samit Dravid, son of former Team India head coach and legendary cricketer Rahul Dravid.
