Were collecting installments from loan customers in Damua. When Branch Junnardev did not return till late night, a search was conducted. Planned to murder the officer by looting his money.
Naiduniya, Chhindwara/Damua (Chhindwara Crime). Recently, the police has solved the mystery of the murder of a field officer of a private company. During the discussion with the journalists, SP Manish Khatri told that Ajay Malvi, field officer of Spandana Sphoorti Financial Limited Company branch, Junnardev, father Sumarlal Malvi (22), resident of Jhilmili police station, Amarwada, were murdered by the accused who were unable to pay the loan installments.
Jharna Ghorawadi police station Damua arrested
In this case, the police have arrested Vikas Verma, father Naresh Verma (29), Yusuf Ansari, father Bismillah Ansari (25), Harsh Bhannare, father Karan Lal Bhannare (24), all three residents of village Jharna Ghorawadi police station Damua. On last October 2, at around 7:30 in the morning, he went from his branch Junnardev to his field area Jharna, Damua and collected the installments from his loan customers there till around 2 in the afternoon and from there till late evening till night he went to his branch Junnardev. Did not return.
Planned to commit murder by looting money
On the above information, a missing person was registered in Damua police station and the missing Ajay Malvi was seriously traced. Accused Vikas Verma had sanctioned a loan in the name of himself and other villagers from Spandana Spurti Financial Limited Company branch, Junnardev. Due to not being able to pay the loan installment, he along with his two co-accused Yusuf Ansari and Harsh Bhannare looted the money from Ajay Malvi. Planned to commit murder.

On the day of the incident, the three accused had made their plan. According to which the accused Vikas took Ajay Malvi, who had come to collect the loan installment, with him to his straw-keeping room in village Jharna, asking him to pay the loan installment. Where his accused associates Yusuf Ansari and Harsh Bhannare were already present and the three accused locked the room, caught hold of Ajay Malvi’s hands and feet, strangulated him to death with a rope and divided the money kept in his bag equally among themselves.
2-3 days old dead body found in the bushes of Kothidev
During the search for missing Ajay Malvi, a 2-3 day old dead body was found in the bushes of village Kothidev on last Saturday at around 11.00 am. He was identified and had a rope tied around his hands, legs and neck. Police registered case number 366/2024 section 103(1), 238 BNS and took it under investigation.
