Naiduniya, Anuppur (Anuppur Crime). In Bijuri Nagar Palika area of Anuppur, a son killed his ailing mother five years ago in greed for property. This case was exposed when the elder son applied for a death certificate after the mother’s death. After the woman’s death, her elder son Padumnarayan Pandey is now making rounds of one office and another for the actual death certificate.

The woman’s death certificate was already issued from the Bijuri Nagar Palika office on 3 January 2019. In this case, the woman’s younger son is accused of getting his mother’s death certificate made from the Nagar Palika earlier in greed for land.
Case filed on 14 January 2020
Bijuri police had filed a case on 14 January 2020 and sent it to the court. After the death of his mother, her elder son Padumnarayan Pandey is now forced to wander for the actual death certificate. He is making rounds from one office to another.
How was the death certificate issued while he was alive?
The question arose that how was the death certificate of the woman issued when she was alive and now when she is no more, why is her son facing such problems for the certificate.
Strict action will be taken against the officials responsible for this negligence. We are investigating this matter and strict action will be taken against the officials who made the death certificate

The matter is pending in the court
Sivakaliya Pandey of Bijuri Nagar Palika died on 13 February 2024. Her son Vinod Pandey, in greed for property, got a death certificate made in his mother’s name on 3 January 2019 itself. The case is pending in the court.
Said not to issue new certificate
The elder son Padumnarayan Pandey reached the Nagar Palika office to get the death certificate issued. The worker checked and told that the death certificate has already been issued. The Nagar Palika officials are saying that a new certificate cannot be issued.
