At first, the relatives were assuming it to be a normal death, but when they saw marks on his neck, they became suspicious. After this, the police was informed. When the police investigated, it was revealed that the deceased’s wife was close to a young man. The lover refused to meet her saying that he cannot meet her as long as the husband is alive. The wife killed her husband for the sake of her lover.
At present, the police have detained the woman and her cousin. The cousin has revealed the whole secret. The police is waiting for the postmortem report. An FIR can be registered only after the postmortem report arrives. First the woman made her husband drink alcohol, then fed him fish, and when he became intoxicated, she strangled him. Lokendra, son of Nandlal Kushwaha, who lived in Baba Wali Gali under Girwai police station area, was addicted to alcohol.
His wife Anjali was at home on Thursday. When Lokendra’s father came home, Anjali said that Lokendra was having a headache and was not feeling well. She should bring medicine from the market. Nandlal went to get the medicine, Anjali went with her brother-in-law. Her cousin Betu had also come, he also left. When the father picked up Lokendra, he was unconscious. When he was taken to the hospital, he was declared dead.

The police of Girwai police station got the post mortem done on Friday. When Betu was made to sit for questioning, he told everything. He told that Anjali was in love with a young man named Gaurav. Gaurav had refused to meet him. So Anjali made him drink alcohol and killed him. Betu’s role has also come to light in this. The police is questioning him.
