Naiduniya representative, Bhopal. A case of rape of a 65-year-old woman has come to light in a house under construction in Kolar area. The accused has not been identified yet. He called the woman on the pretext of giving her old stuff and committed the crime. During this, the woman’s head was broken and she suffered injuries in other parts of the body. The police have registered a case against an unknown person under sections of rape. Kolar police station in-charge Sanjay Singh Soni said that the old woman was picking cardboard in front of a house under construction in Banskhedi, Kolar on Monday afternoon. At that time, a young man called her to the first floor, beat her, raped her and ran away.
The accused’s front tooth is missing
Kolar police station in-charge said that the accused seems to be from the vicinity of the crime scene. Three teams have been deployed to search for him and nearby CCTV cameras are being scanned.
