Actually the case is of Lalgaon village under Chand sub-tehsil of Chhindwara district. Some time ago a case of love jihad with a Hindu girl had come to light. The accused is Sheikh Nafees, a resident of Meghdon, he is in jail on rape charges. The administration claims that Sheikh Nafees had built a house by encroaching on government land. Due to which this action was taken on his house and the house was razed to the ground by running a bulldozer.

BJP leader Sandeep Raghuvanshi said that after the assurance given by the Chief Minister, bulldozer action by the district administration was seen in Chhindwara today. However, the incident is some time old and the accused of rape is behind the bars of the jail. The administration believes that the said house was built by the accused by encroaching on government land, which is being demolished today.
